A Whole Food Plant Based Diet 

Plant protein provided by Mother Nature has been proven to be a superior source of nutrition than animal protein and cause no diseases.  

Why then are we told on the "food pyramid" that we should have animal products every day?

The factory farm has replaced the green pastures where cattle once roamed.  

The demand for meat and dairy has more than doubled since 1994 when corporations took over the meat and dairy industry.  Heart disease, diabetes, cancer and obesity have more than doubled at the same time.

Millions of animals are raised for slaughter because we have been falsely conditioned to believe that a high-protein, low carb diet keeps us healthy and helps us lose weight.  This is not true, but is a deception perpetrated and perpetuated by the meat and dairy industry.

While animals are kept in torturous conditions and slaughtered by machine, human health is deteriorating and the greenhouse gas emissions are damaging the planet.

Grains and legumes are the primary source of protein for optimum human health, but these have also been corrupted and processed into foods that are harmful to human health.  

All of these damaging processed foods and animal products are packaged in harmful substances for the earth such as plastics and styrofoam.  

Until 1950, families grew their own foods, processed them in healthy ways and produced their own groceries.  They swapped and traded for the things they needed.

In this present economy the only thing Americans produce is TRASH!  2 kg per person per day.  

 

We can solve all of these problems by boycotting the food supply chains, taking control of our own health and becoming the producer instead of the consumer.  We will show you how.
